He also has rich experience to in various types of audits which includes Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Co-operative Bank audit. Mr. Hiren Shah was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 1998. He did his graduation from HL College of Commerce, Gujarat University
He is having a rich experience in the field of Project Finance and Investment Consultancy and rendered his expertise to many corporate clients. He is working as Statutory Auditors of various Nationalised Banks since last 25 years.
He has been appointed as an expert panel member of the GCET Commitee (MBA Dept.). As an active Lion Membe, he was appointed as DCT of Lions Club International 323J and presently providing his expert advise to many corportate and other clients.

Mr. Tejash Sodha was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2014. He did his graduation from Rajkot in Saurastra University in 2008.

Completed Certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks by ICAI.
He is an expert in Income Tax and GST matters, also having rich experience in Income Tax and GST matter and he handles Income Tax and GST related Cases. He also has experience as a financial advisor/consultant of many clients. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in Business outsourcing operations.
Mr. Punit Sodha was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 2005.
He had worked as a branch manager at Rajot Branch of HDFC Bank (Retail Division) till 2013 and then started providing his core competency in the fields of Project Finance, Banking, Auditing and FEMA related matters to various corporate and other clients. He is also working as Statutory Bank Auditor of various nationalized banks since 2017
